REGISTRATION
ALL participants should complete the registration. The registration at the CINVESTAV will be on October 26 from 8:00 to 9:30 am. Upon registration, participants who are receiving financial assistance, please bring a copy of your passport or send it previously to: lass2015@fis.cinvestav.mx.
TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT
The participants arriving to the Benito Juarez airport can take a taxi. There are many taxi’s companies like Yellow Cab, Sitio 300, etc. you will
find passing migration and custom.
ACCOMMODATION: Each participant, whose accommodation has been provided by the School, will be hosted in the Hotel Plaza Florencia, located at Liverpool 197, col. Juárez, Del. Cuauhtémoc, Zona Rosa, México DF, México, telephone

TRANSPORTATION FROM HOTEL TO CINVESTAV AND FROM CINVESTAV TO HOTEL
There will be transportation for 80 persons from the SUITES Plaza Florencia to Cinvestav every day of activities during the School. Please
ask in reception of hotel the details of transportation.

You will receive your badge at the moment of registration. You are kindly requested to wear the name badge while you are at CINVESTAV

In addition you should bring the boarding pass printed upon registration, and send us the return boarding pass.
